• Marble Lines is a colorful online game in which the player must match up the colored marbles. Using the mouse, the player aims the marble shooter and presses the button to launch his marble. Once the player has grouped three or more marbles of the same color, they will disappear and reward the player with points. The space bar can be used to change the color of the marble in the shooter. Players must hurry to achieve their goal of eliminating all marbles, as they drift constantly towards the black hole, into which they will disappear and cause the player to lose the game.
  
  

The Traditional Ringer Marble Game

• Ringer is a traditional marble game perfect for children due to its simplicity. A ring is marked on the ground, normally 10 feet in diameter, but it can be any size. Thirteen marbles are arranged in a cross in the center of the circle. Players decide who goes first by "lagging." This involves shooting one marble towards a parallel line drawn on the opposite side of the ring. The player who gets his marble closest to the parallel line to the edge of the ring goes first. Without moving their knuckles past the close edge of the ring, players shoot their marbles to attempt to knock the center marbles out of the ring. Players take turn throwing new marbles into the circle until there are no more marbles left within the ring. The winner is the person who removes the most marbles.

• Based on the original game of marbles, Marble Knockout is an online game that gives players three marbles with which to attempt to throw into the target area. Players use the mouse to drag the marble towards their target. The faster the mouse moves, the more power behind the marble. Points are awarded based on how close to the center of the target the player gets her marbles: 50 points for the middle, 25 points for the second ring, and 10 points for the outer ring. The game ends when one player reaches 350 points. The game is available free online from several websites.
