What Is a DivX Player?
- Stand-alone DivX players include "Play" "Fast Forward," "Rewind," "Pause" and "Stop" controls, as well as a volume control. The players also include a "Menu" function that lets you select specific movie chapter points and gives the ability to access special features that may be part of a movie. Stand-alone DivX players do not require additional plug-ins, known as codecs, or special drivers.
