- Jabra BT2020 headsets come with a rechargeable lithium polymer battery and connect to an external AC power adapter. This battery provides up to 360 hours of standby operation and up to 8 hours of talking time. The BT2020 has mono sound output using dynamic headphone technology. This unit records sound through a boom microphone that operates in mono. The headset connects to external devices using Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, enabling wireless communication via Headset and Hands-Free Bluetooth profiles at a maximum range of 33 feet.
- The Jabra BT2020 features a stable design with a behind-the-ear wearing style that balances weight distribution evenly on the ear. The unit is manufactured to provide users with an inconspicuous and snug fit to avoid dropping the headset off the ear during periods of increased activity. The battery charges in approximately two hours. The headset uses only one button to provide full communication functionality and is programmed to auto-pair with devices. A 5-pin, USB Mini-B charging plug and three extra Jabra MiniGels are included with the package.
- Jabra BT2020 headsets allow users to answer and end calls while adjusting volume. Depending on the phone system, the headset is also capable of rejecting calls, placing calls on hold and redialing the last number. The headset connects to call waiting systems and supports voice dialing. This unit fits on either the left or right ear by rotating the headset 180 degrees and is best worn on the same side of the body that the cell phone is located or within sight of the phone, unobstructed.
- The Jabra BT2020 has a volume control button and an answer/end button on the outer curve of the headset, as well as a charging socket and a LED indicator light. The earpiece features two different types of MiniGel coating for comfort while the microphone is located at the end of the headset, past the answer button. The headset is 3.2 inches in height, 1.8 inches in length with a 0.35-inch width and has a weight of 16 grams.
