Find A Participating Dental Professional In Your Area

    • 1). Locate your state's Health and Family Services website. You can do this by typing your state and Department of Health and Human Services or Health and Family Services into any search engine. If you have the phone number for your local public services office, you can contact them for the web address.

    • 2). Find the "Medicaid Services" tab on your state's Health and Family Services website. On many state services websites this tab is located on the left or right hand sides of the screen. If you do not find this tab, try following some other links on the website to see if you can locate Medicaid Services. For instance, you might have to click on a tab that says Programs and Services, and follow that link to Medicaid Services.

    • 3). Click on the Medicaid Services link.

    • 4). Click on the Medicaid and Public Services Dental Provider listing on the left or right hand side of the page. Most states update this list monthly.

    • 5). Use the chart or table that appears to find a dental provider in your area who works with public aid programs.
