    • 1). A few weeks prior to your visit, make reservations with the Brick Street Inn by visiting its website. See the Resources section for a link. If there is no vacancy on the dates you plan to visit, ask the inn personnel for a referral or contact the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce. Both organizations will also be able to give you a listing of community events that will be occurring during the dates of your visit.

    • 2). Make reservations at local restaurants you plan to visit while in town. Good ones to put on your list include the Friendly Tavern, Cobblestone Grill, Villaggio's, Noah Grant's Grill House and Traders Point Creamery Cafe.

    • 3). While in town, don't miss the Carter's Toy Museum and Ice Cream Parlor at 91 S. Main Street. The admission fee--$8 adults; $5 per child, includes a free ride on the carousel and bumper cars.

    • 4). Enjoy the distinctive shops and atmosphere of Zionsville, and when you're done shopping, stroll through the residential areas of the village. The historic homes on Zionsville's tree-lined streets will feel like you've stepped back in time.

    • 5). Make time to visit Traders Point Creamery, just a few miles south of town. It's an organic dairy and farm that is well worth the trip. Don't forget to take your appetite to sample the ice cream, cheeses and yogurts made from grass fed dairy cows.
