I view marriages as sacred institutions.
They are meant to unite two people in a sacred bond until the end of all time - they are meant to be forever.
You aren't supposed to walk out of the marriage at the first sign of trouble.
Unfortunately, most modern people do not share my views and do not fight for their marriages.
 This results in a horrible marriage failure ratio.
For this reason, I want to congratulate you for not being one of them and actively trying to stop your divorce.
I can relate to the current pains you must be living in right now, because I have lived every moment of it.
Throughout my marriage, my husband's interest was slowly waning; and it came to a point that he just wasn't attracted to me whatsoever.

But such desperate acts only make everything worse.
Your desperation blurs your judgment and makes you totally unable to see the right from wrong.
 This is why you have to ask for outside advice if you want to save your marriage - it was what saved mine!
