You may have given up hope and think weight loss is BRUTAL and takes forever.
This simply isn't the case.

Frontload your calories A lot of people who have problems losing weight BACKLOAD their calories.
That is, they eat a majority of their calories at dinner or after it.
NOT GOOD.
Don't do that.
First, if you're going to eat a big meal, it HAS TO BE breakfast.
This frontloads your calories and allows you to burn them off more easily during the day while you're active and not when your metabolism is usually at it's slower...
while you sleep.
A good way to do this is to eat a big breakfast and then "FLATLINE" your other meals and snacks.
This means these other meals and snacks are smaller, but more often.
This improves your digestion big time...
thus freeing up your body to deal with excess weight.
When your digestion is burden from a late night big meal, it doesn't get burned off because once you go to sleep, your metabolism slows down and conserves.

Go for a daily walk after dinner Now, I don't normally advocate simple walking for weight loss.
It's great for weight maintenance, but just OK for quick fat loss.
However, a simple 15-20 minute walk after dinner helps to relax your body and improve your digestive power.
The amount of stress you have plays a role in how fast you lose weight.
The efficiency of your digestive tract also has a major role in your weight loss progress.
A simple walk helps both of those out.
It's an indirect way to speeding up your weight loss.
