Walk Boldly!
I want to talk about beliefs.
Not the beliefs of someone seeking an online MLM or an MLM opportunity seeker.
Not the beliefs of an internet marketer.
Not the beliefs of an attorney.
No, none of that...
The beliefs I'm talking about are my own personal beliefs.
The beliefs that drive me (or ought to drive me) as a person.
Bear with me...
I've never spoken of this in a public forum...
I believe in Jesus as the Christ...
What does it really mean when we say Jesus Christ came earth and died to save us from our sins...
Did you know that the Bible calls us to speak boldly about our faith? But, what are we told to do at public and semi-public settings...
avoid politics and religion because you will inevitably offend someone.
I have ascribed to that edict...
until now.
We All Have a Story to Tell...
If you've lived any time at all on this earth you have accumulated life experiences which have molded you into who you are.
Some have had aha! moments that have been defining.
Others have muddled through without having anything close to that.
It doesn't really matter, though.
What matters is how you live your life day to day.
I'm not talking about going to church on Sunday.
I'm talking about how you live your life Monday through Saturday...
while you're seeking an online MLM or running your MLM business...
maybe especially during those times.
I am living proof of God's amazing power.
I said above the Word instructs us to speak boldly about Him so here goes...
I have been a Christian all my life...
what I call a Sunday and Wednesday Christian.
I compartmentalized Jesus which, over the years, took me down bad paths.
My priorities were not what they should have been.
I did all the "works" in the church but, in reality I did not have a healthy Fear of the Lord.
But, God loves me...
and he loved me so much he started working on me in areas that were near and dear to my heart--my law practice and making money.
You see, I did not have Jesus number one in my life so He started taking away the things that had become first in my life so He could be first.
Lastly, God began to deal with the last dark area of my heart-infidelity.
God wanted so much for my marriage to be all it could be, so He exposed this darkness to the light.
I am extremely grateful that I have a wife (21 years we've been married) who chose to have a God response.
Since that time, with God in the midst of us, we have dealt with it and put it behind us.
I stand here today because I serve a God who loves me and wants the best for me.
He has been in the middle of all this stuff, guiding me through it.
Were there any "aha" moments that were defining? Yes, one...
and that was when my wife decided to take the God route concerning our marriage and told me so...
unforgettable and proof positive of the healing power of our God.
Come Boldly Into His Presence...
If you think your faith, religion, Christianity, or whatever label you put on it, can be compartmentalized, think again...
God doesn't show up just on Wednesdays and Sundays.
He is a 24/7 God...
He will meet you whenever and wherever you are...
in a bar, on the beach, in an office, in those places no one else knows about.
He knows your business and will get your attention about the things that need correcting.
Pay attention...
He has your best interests at heart because He loves you.
I would not have voluntarily gone through the things God has allowed to happen.
I would have rather had a root canal...
I will tell you this, though.
My marriage is stronger than ever.
I am stronger than ever...
and I can help others through similar stuff.
They spoke boldly about Jesus wherever they went...
All I know is that God put on my heart to be bold and this is what came out.
Maybe this will give someone courage to be bold in sharing with others their walk with the Lord.
I entitled this article "What do you believe?" For me, I believe that with God, all things are possible, not only because the Bible says so but because I have seen it in action.
What do you believe?
Not the beliefs of someone seeking an online MLM or an MLM opportunity seeker.
