How to Eliminate Lawn Moss
- 1). Mix 3 oz. of iron sulfate in 5 gallons of water.
- 2). Spray the 5 gallon mixture over a 1,000 square foot area. For every additional 1,000 square feet, you will need to make a new mixture.
- 3). Treat your lawn with a well-balanced fertilizer. High nitrogen fertilizers should be avoided. Fertilizers with a calcium base are generally good for soil fertility.
