Hi. I'm Chef Jennifer Booker, your Georgia-grown executive chef and the owner of Your Resident Gourmet. Today, I'm going to show you how to make peanut butter chow mein noodle cookies. Here are your ingredients: fried chow mein noodles, unsalted butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter. First thing we'll do is melt a bit of our butter in our saut¨¦ pan and we'll also add some of our peanut butter. We'll stir it in until it's nice and melted. Once your peanut butter starts to get soft and your butter starts to melt, it's a good time to add some of your chow mein noodles. And, we're stirring these in until they're well coated. Okay. At this point, we'll add a little bit of powdered sugar, we'll just sprinkle that right in. And, your powdered sugar adds a little bit of sweetness and it also helps the cookies stay together. Alright. Make sure that we scrape our spoon and our pan. We'll put a little powdered sugar on our plate and this helps our cookie from sticking. And now, we'll use two teaspoon and we just drop them, little haystacks, right on our powdered sugar. These are great little treats, they're easy to make. We'll let them set up for about 15 to 20 minutes and then they're ready to eat. And I'm Chef Jennifer Booker, these are your peanut butter chow mein noodle cookies.
