How to Color Code Bible Verses
- 1). Write down a list of the topics that you want to color code in your Bible.
- 2). Assign a unique color to each topic.
- 3). Write down the name of each topic at the top of a separate page in the notebook and mark it with the appropriate colored highlighter or pencil.
- 4). Search the Bible Concordance for scripture references that contain the topics and write them down on the corresponding page in the notebook.
- 5). Repeat Step 4 using the Topical Index Bible as the source.
- 6). Search the Bible for each scripture reference listed in your notebook. Mark with the appropriate color highlighter.
- 7). Continue Step 6 until all the references have been found and marked.
- 1). Cut pieces of paper the size of a bookmark, approximately 3 by 9 inches.
- 2). Write a Bible topic at the top of each bookmark and highlight it with the appropriate color.
- 3). Write the corresponding list of scripture verses down the front and back of the bookmarks.
- 4). Place the bookmarks in the Index section of your Bible as a quick reference.
