There is probably not one person reading this article right now who would not like to have more energy.
Energy is like the currency of life and we are always looking to get more of it.
If someone were to hand you $100 bill would you just tear it up and threw it away in the street?  Not likely! We all immediately recognized the value of $100 bill put a lot of us tend to detect the importance of the high-value of our energy.
Energy is required for every single aspect of your bodies function even when you are at sleep.
Yet many of us are throwing away our most vital resource.
Have you ever wondered what body process requires the boldest energy?  No it's not running, not swimming not even high impact aerobics.
Your body requires more energy in this one process than any other process, did you guess what it is? digesting! Have you ever eaten a large meal and then soon after felt sleepy and tired?  This happens because all our energies are focused on taking care of digesting that large meal.
It is true that digestion takes more energy than running, swimming, biking or aerobics.
The truth of the matter is there is no other activity your body can perform that requires more energy than digesting your from.
The energy required during digestion is vital for the removal of waste, and toxins from the body.
And bear in mind that if we can properly illuminate the toxic waste from our bodies on a regular and consistent basis we will also lose weight on a regular basis.
The way we can help our bodies remove this waste and toxic buildup is by helping it access this energy when it needs it most.
What if we could calibrate our digestive process to use half the amount of energy it normally uses, do you think you would have more energy to do other things?  Absolutely this would free up of vast amount of energy for us to use in other activities.
Combining our eating the right kinds of food together is based on a discovery that certain combination of foods may be digested with greater ease and efficiency using less energy than others do.
The human body was not designed to digest more than one concentrated food group in the stomach at the same time.
Every species of mammal has a specific type of digestive system that is biologically adapted to a particular type of food group.
A tiger, whose digestive tract is about 12 feet long would be considered carnivorous.
A giraffe on the other hand whose digestive tract is about 200 feet long would be considered herbivorous.
No there is still some debate as to what type of digestive system human beings possess.
Most people refer to the human digestive system as being omnivorous.
But one thing is for sure humans do not possess all these different types of digestive system.
However we humans tend to eat a diet of a tiger, giraffe, pig, horse, and an ape.
Not only do we eat all these different types of diets we often eat them all together at the same meal! This places a great deal of burden and demand on our digestive tracks and forces the body to take energy from other areas of the body, this also creates a great deal of toxic waste to build up in our colons.
Have you ever eaten steak and potatoes together?  What about fish and rice?  Cheese and bread yummy?  cereal and milk?  You may be saying yeah every day.
But what if I told you that eating these particular combination of foods together is not in your best interest, and could be contributing to your weight gain?  The sad truth is that regularly eating these combination of foods will always rob the body of five level energy that could've been otherwise used for weight loss.
Let me explain why, say for instance you at a meal of steak and potatoes prepared the way you like it best.
Once both of these four groups are in your stomach, the concentrated protein in the steak requires a specific type of acidic digestive juice to break it down.
But at the same time the potatoes that was eaten with the steak requires an alkaline digestive juice in order to break it down.
If you remember chemistry from high school you will know that whenever you have an acidic substance and you pour in alkaline substance over it utilizes the acidic components of the first substance.
So you have just eaten a steak and potato, they are both dinners,, and the digestive juices necessary to break them down just been neutralized.
So what does your body to know? Your body has to secrete more digestive juices, over and over until either the alkaline or the acidic juice overpowers the other.
This digestion takes a very long time, and uses an enormous amount of energy.
During this battle for supremacy, the food in your stomach will start to putrefy.
This release is a lot of toxins in the body and build up waste material.
This is the main ingredients for weight gain.
So the protein in the steak has putrefy, and the carbohydrates in the potato has fermented.
Putrefaction and fermentation are to chemical processes that the human body cannot use.
So the first rule of weight loss is work with your body to free up energy for weight loss, and help your body digests its food in the most efficient manner possible.
Try not to mix your food type together when you are eating, that is separate your high-protein foods from your high carbohydrate foods and eat them at separate sittings.
