Bosch 500 Series Washer Troubleshooting
- 1). Check the circuit breaker or fuse if the door on the Bosch washer will not open, as the door locks during a power outage. Reset as necessary.
- 2). Choose a wash cycle and press "Start" if the washer has power but has not started washing. Ensure the door is completely closed and latched, as the washer won't start if the door is open.
- 3). Wipe down the detergent dispenser with a clean, damp cloth if detergent remains in the dispenser after the wash cycle is complete. Measure out the correct amount of detergent for each load and fill only to the fill mark on the dispenser.
- 4). Clean the water inlet hose screen and straighten the hoses if error code "E: 11" or "E: 12" appears on the display.
- 5). Examine the drain hose for possible blockages if the error code "E: 13" appears on the display. Clean as needed.
- 6). Add more items to the load if water remains in the washer drum even after the cycle has ended. This indicates that the load size was too small.
