You need a lot of proteins because these help with the growth of your muscles and tissues.
Then, you also need iron and zinc, which accelerate the healing process.
You can find both of these substances in cereals and wheat.
If your skin is scratched, you should consume vitamin A and C and if you have broken a bone, you should eat aliments which contain calcium.
In fact, your body should assimilate about one thousand five hundred milligrams of calcium a day.
Therefore, do all these things and you will be back on your feet in no time!
