So what is the best way to stop premature ejaculation? I can tell you there are a few ways but today I will share with you a technique that I used and it turned out to be quite effective.

Here it is: The Hot Shower Squeeze When you jump in the shower get used to the warm water and start to slowly crank up the heat.
Run the main stream over your penis head and start handling it to make it erect.
Once there, stroke it exposing as much of the head to the hot water as possible.
This heat will be comparable to the heat inside the vagina.
You want to control your breathing and your stroking, making sure you take deep breaths along with medium speed strokes.
When you recognize you are nearing the "point of no return" then move your penis away from the water and squeeze the rim of the head with your thumb on top and your first two fingers below the head rim.
Once you have lowered your arousal level, repeat the process.
You can do this as many times as you like but for purposes of training the ejaculatory system I recommend 3-4 times minimum.
Let Your Partner In On The Action To make it as real as possible, without penetration, have your lover stroke it under the hot water for you.
There is something about someone else stroking it that is way more stimulating than doing it yourself.
When you feel the urge to ejaculate, stop her and have her squeeze it for you.
Again, repeat as many times as you like.
This is a great technique that I have used and it works pretty darned good.
