I will be telling you the unrevealed secretes between the thin and overweight.
I mean things overweight people need to know on why they are fat.
Before anything at all, I will like to define being overweight.
Being overweight can simply be defined as when someone is too heavy for good health.
What is the real truth I have to tell you about weight loss? Does it matter if you follow a low calorie diet? What is the insulin secretion? What effect will glyceric index, genetic hormonal imbalances have on one's ability to lose weight? Is it true that some thin people eat low carbohydrate high protein? I know you must have seen so many people that can consume large amount of food in any form and still remain slim.
If you've not, I think my dad is one.
So, literately what they eat does not affect their weight.
I will reveal to you the reasons why you are overweight: 1.
You have a slow metabolism This means you can even take in small quantity of food and your body does not burn it of at the same rate with those people that are slim.
If you have a fast metabolism you can eat large amount of food and it will not turn it to fat.
That means if you have a slow metabolism food will easily be turned to fat no matter how small it is.
Metabolism is a life-sustaining chemical activity: the ongoing interrelated series of chemical interaction taking place in living organisms that provide the energy and nutrients needed to sustain life.
It is essentially the speed at which your body's engine is running.
The organs that determine your metabolic rate include: the thyroid, pancreas, liver, stomach, colon, small and large intestine.
If these organs mentioned above are slow then you have a slow metabolism.
2.
You eat when you are not hungry.
This is caused by two factors: o Stress and emotional factors (This happens to me sometimes too, when I am stressed and emotionally disturbed I feel like eating the whole world though, I am really not hungry) o Physiological food craving.
3.
You are highly toxic: Any thing called toxic is poisonous right? Toxin is lodged in the colon and fat cell through out the body.
4.
You eat large portions of wrong foods: Can that be right? The factors that cause this include: large appetite, inability to assimilate nutrient.
5.
You have hormonal imbalances: if you are overweight, statistics shows that your body is secreting too much of certain hormone and not of others.
6.
Improper eating habits: Our modern eating habits are one of the reasons why we are overweight.
It is not enough to eat the right things that matter, but timing, rate, meal portion, snacking etc all have an impact on our weight.
7.
Negative self image: overweight people see themselves as fat.
Their thoughts, habits, actions and beliefs make it difficult for them to change.
Since you now know why you are overweight, I normally tell my clients that once you know your problem, I think the solution to it is not far off.
