Grants for Catholic Ministries
- Catholic ministries provide specific needs within a community, such as outreach pregnancy support, food pantries, mission work, youth and adult ministries and other opportunities. Although they may receive funding from an affiliated Catholic Church, it is often difficult to maintain funding through donations, especially in poverty stricken areas. Grants for Catholic ministries provide an opportunity for Catholic programs to offer programs and continue their work.
- The Catholic Community Foundation provides a competitive grant program for Catholic schools, Christian formation and communication opportunities. The grant opportunity is limited to the state of Arizona and grant recipients must have a representative attend the annual luncheon in October to receive the grant funding. Recipients should submit a letter of acknowledgment for funding received and consent to sign a photo and/or video release. The grant program does not provide funding for salaries or capital improvements.
