How to Use CPES Epoxy After Staining Wood
- 1). Ensure that the stain you used to color your wood piece has dried completely.
- 2). Lay down a few layers of newspaper to cover the floor. Place the wood piece on top of the newspaper.
- 3). Open your can of CPES Epoxy, and place the lid nearby.
- 4). Dip a large paintbrush into the can of epoxy, allowing the product to coat the bristles of the brush. Apply the epoxy to the wood in broad, sweeping strokes, covering as much area as possible.
- 5). Dip a smaller brush into the epoxy, and use it to apply the epoxy into any cracks and crevices that the larger brush wasn't able to reach. Allow the wood to dry completely away from any source of dampness or moisture.
