Your weight needs to be on the balls of your feet with slight knee bend while bending over from the hips.
If your able to understand this position the rest of the golf swing can come together and create a more repeatable motion through the golf ball.
Having an athletic position will enable you to have correct positions at impact making the golf ball start on its intended line.
One of the most under rated aspects of any swing in not the swing necessarily itself but the grip on the golf club.
The grip is the foundation of creating golf shots that are more consistent on its intended line.
Just holding the golf club incorrectly can create swing habits that are incorrect and hard to fix.
There are certain training aids that can help with the grip and if used properly are very beneficial.
Creating a repeatable golf swing in all conditions competitively takes understanding your body and how it is used in order to stay in balance through out the swing.
Having the correct sequences such as making sure the body is working together with the arms and legs will bring more solid golf shots on the course.
Understanding the motions and practicing them correctly is what creates muscle memory.
Creating the proper muscle memory will enable confidence within oneself.
