Brooklyn's going to enjoy a wonderful week building up to Sunday's Brooklyn Book Festival. Here are 4 social, fun, bookish events for Monday the 16th.  Every day up until the big bash on Sunday you can find similarly wonderful "Bookend" events.... For Monday:
