The sushi menu includes a la carte selections, combination platters and specialty maki hand rolls. Among the rolls is the volcano spicy tuna and rice wrapped in seaweed and avocado and then topped with caviar. The restaurant also serves udon and soba noodles, teriyaki and tempura. For dessert, try the chocolate caramel pyramid or the ice cream tempura. The bar serves five varieties of Japanese beer, more than 15 types of sake and eight wines. Toyo Sushi is open for lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are accepted by phone only. Casual attire is the norm when dining at the restaurant.
