Beginners Guide to Golf Swing Strength and Precision!

103 28
If you want to achieve the right strength and precision with your golf swing, then the number one key is to make contact correctly and consistently with the ball.
Not just common contact, but a correct contact of your ball with your club head every time you perform your golf swing.
To do so, you must learn these three things.
First, learn how to make contact with the ball on the club head's "Sweet Spot".
Sweet Spot is the small central area on the face that makes the ball travel just right.
Second, learn how to hit the ball so that the club face makes contact perfectly square.
By square means at the right angles to the balls target path.
Third, learn how to swing so that when the ball hits the club head, it moves directly down the flight path that you are aiming for.
You have to hit the ball with a kind of downward descent to send ball forward and up into the air correctly.
This is work for every club other than your driver and putter.
Beginners tend to miss the crucial technique when learning how to perform golf swing correctly.
By hitting the ball with descending blow, the club head hits the ball into the air because of the club has built-in loft.
When you hit it this way (up, not forward) on the ball, it can result with missed hits and short shots.
To get better understanding about this, just watch a good player performs their golf swing the next time you are on the course or on the driving range.
Here is some tips.
When you initiate a golf swing, your body starts to uncoil itself and releases a surge of built up energy.
It begins with your hips, then shoulders and ultimately the arm and wrists.
The entire movement is like a whip snapping.
Like a shutting door, the clubface quickly moves from open to closed position as it approaches impact.
The releasing movement is caused by your hand and forearms turning.
If you don't release then your clubface may remain open.
What happen then? One of the most embarrassing moments of your golf swing: a slice! So, during the moment of impact, your clubface must point towards your target line and you should swing right through.
To make sure that you release appropriately, you need to pay attention to your grip.
It supposed to be firm yet light pressure throughout the entire golf swing process.
Too much tension in the arms and hands will affect your shot badly.
Next, try to swing with a decent balanced tempo.
Many beginner players perform their golf swing so hard and so fast; they leave the clubface open when impact occurs.
For right-handed golfers, try keeping the backside of your left hand pointed down towards the target line.
During impact, you must have the feeling that your right forearm is turning over your left forearm.
Too much instruction for a simple golf swing, huh? Well, as the experts said: A great swing is a complex process.
You need a lot of work, patience and persistency to have one.
You can practice this method by swinging in slow motion.
Simply swing the club up and through.
Pay special attention to the movement that your forearms make.
Try to turn the right forearm over the left one.
For the period of impact, freeze your body to check out the position of your clubface.
Ensure it is square to your target line.
It has to be easy enough, since you perform a slow motion golf swing.
