Relaxing in the tub is wonderful way to end your day and wash away your stresses. While soaking in your bath imagine that all the "emotional gunk" and "mental crazies" of your day are being lifted from your mind and scrubbed off your body. Say "bye-bye" to these "undesirables" when you pull the plug. Watch all your troubles gurgle down the drain pipe along with your bath water. Good riddance! Make a deep sigh, put a smile on your face, step out of the empty tub, and pat yourself dry with a big fluffy towel.

Taking a stress purging bath in the evening will also help you sleep better at night.
