Or If You Prefer to Stay Near Home….

If you don’t feel like going to a large-scale event or spending a lot of cash, consider staying close to your own backyard. Labor Day weekend brings the final days of operation for many public pools, so consider taking the family for a farewell swim. The weather promises to be nice this weekend, so visit your local park or have friends over to your house for a barbecue or outdoor movie night. Cheap summer movies have wrapped up, but the Sunrise Mall movie theater continues to offer deeply discounted recent flicks year round. Finally, catch up with your favorite stores – many are having holiday sales including Morris Terry in downtown Sacramento.
