- Step Up
- Stand in an upright postured position and raise your right foot on the chair pressing all your weight into its heels and your other foot flat on the floor
- Push off your with your heel (right) and landing on the same foot
- Raise your left foot on the chair pressing all your weight into its heels and your other foot flat on the floor

- Perform the exercise in 8 repetitions
- Hydrant
- Lie down on the floor with arms stretched to the side.
- Both hands should be palm side down on the floor. Bend your knees at 90 degrees with toes still touching the floor.
- Do the right side first and then switch on the other.
- With you leg bent, lift your right leg and rotate it out to the side until the inside of your thigh is parallel to the ground. Basically it's just like a dog urinating on a post.
- Return to the original position and repeat it three times.
