Free Weight Loss Diets - How Good Are They?

103 136
Our body weight is directly related to what we eat, how we eat and when we eat.
It is common knowledge that whoever eats more would get fatter.
In addition, if the individual has a lifestyle that prevents him or her from exercising regularly, only god can save that person from premature death.
This is the current theory being propagated by various slimming centers, weight loss products sellers and many experts alike.
The theory is good on paper, but practically, it has several loopholes, which refuse to be plugged easily.
The biggest drawback of most of the present-day weight loss methods is that they fail to take into account the individual's likes and dislikes.
Suppose somebody is very fond of fatty foods and sweets, which are totally anathemas as far as weight reduction is concerned.
If he is put on a low sweets, low fat diet, he would be under the perpetual temptation to taste them whenever an opportunity arises.
For a person averse to physical exercises, no amount of motivation and persuasion can make him hit the gym regularly.
Weight loss is such a matter where half-hearted efforts and half cooked ideas can prove to be detrimental to one's health and life.
In this scenario, the best tactic is to follow free weight loss diets that neither deprive you of your best-liked foods and force you into treadmills.
The shifting calorie diet is supposedly such a tactic where you are free to eat whatever you like at limited quantities.
It does not stipulate that you should exercise regularly too.
