How to Get Facebook Notes to Appear on Your Wall
- 1). Sign in to your Facebook account, and click the "Profile" link in the top right corner of any Facebook screen.
- 2). Click the "Notes" link in the left column of your profile, just beneath your profile picture.
- 3). Click the "Write a Note" button at the top of the screen, then use the next page to compose your note.
- 4). Click the blue "Publish" button at the bottom of your note to create a story about it on your profile wall. Friends may also see a link to your note in their homepage news feeds.
- 5). Make all notes visible to more users by returning to the "Notes" application and hovering your mouse over a note. Click on the blue arrow that appears in the top right corner of the note and use the drop-down menu to choose the "Public" privacy setting so that all users can see your notes. Choose "Friends" if you only want people on your friend list to see them. Use the "Custom" option to hide the notes only from specific people, or show the notes only to specific people. Repeat this process for every note. A "Notes" link will show up under your profile picture to anyone allowed to view your notes.
