Jade showed up almost four years ago. She was a pregnant kitten and apparently abandoned by her owner on our property. The first time she saw me, she jumped in my lap and gave me bird's foot. Jade was about 7 months old; literally a kitten having kittens. Since she was tame, she was taken in the house. Jade delivered her kittens prematurely and lost all four within 24 hours. She has grown into a beautiful lady and is the most intrelligent of my cats.

She knows her own reflection in a mirror and will sit and primp in front of one. She loves to figure out and solve games or problems.
