How to Clean a Whipped Creamer
- 1). Create a solution of warm water and dish sanitizer, following the sanitizer directions for the appropriate ratio of water to sanitizer. If using bleach, for example, use 3 1/2 oz. per 3 gallons of water.
- 2). Remove the cap from the whipped creamer. Fill the bottle with the sanitizing solution. Replace the cap and pull the trigger to run the solution through the mechanisms. Continue until the solution empties from the bottle.
- 3). Disassemble the whipped creamer. Different models may disassemble differently. Consult your owner's manual for specific instructions. General disassembly includes unscrewing the cap from the bottle, unscrewing the tip from the cap, removing the gasket from the cap threads, and taking out the whipping assembly.
- 4). Submerge the loose parts in a bowl filled with the sanitizer solution. Fill the whipped creamer bottle with sanitizer solution. Allow the parts and bottle to soak in the solution for several minutes.
- 5). Empty the bottle and remove the parts from the bowl. Rinse parts in fresh water and place them on a towel or rack to dry. Once dry, reassemble the parts.
