How to Activate the Onscreen Keyboard in Snow Leopard
- 1). Click on the Apple icon in the menu bar on the upper left hand corner of your desktop. In the drop-down menu, click "System Preferences."
- 2). Click on the "Language & Text" icon in the top row marked "Personal" of your "System Preferences" window to advance to the next window.
- 3). Click the "Input Sources" button located near the top of the "Language & Text" window. It is the first button from the right.
- 4). Click the check-box marked "Keyboard & Character Viewer," the top option of the list of input methods on the window.
- 5). Click on the keyboard icon -- or flag icon if using multiple input languages -- in the upper right on your menu bar. In the drop-down menu that appears, click "Show Keyboard Viewer."
