For Macs

• 1). Click on "System Preferences" on your Mac's toolbar. The System Preferences icon looks like three gears.
  
  
• 2). Click "Network" with in the application. Network us under the title Internet and Wireless.
  
  
• 3). Click on your corresponding connection: "AirPort" if you use a wireless connection, "Ethernet" if you use a wired connection.
  
  
• 4). Look under Status, your IP address is listed there.
  
  

For PCs

• 1). Click on the "Start" button of your computer to open the Start Menu.
  
  
• 2). Click on "My Network Places," followed by "Properties."
  
  
• 3). Click on your corresponding connection. Choose "Wireless Network Connection" if you use a wireless connection, "Local Area Connection" if you use a wired connection.
  
  
• 4). Click on "Support," followed by "Details." In the Details window will be your IP address.
