How to Transfer WAV Music to CDs
- 1). Insert a blank CD into the CD burner drive of the computer. Close out the "AutoPlay" window when it loads by clicking the "X" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- 2). Select "Start," then "My Computer" (or "Computer" if using a newer version of Windows). Double-click the CD icon. A window appears, representing the newly inserted CD.
- 3). Locate the WAV audio files on the computer. These files may be saved anywhere on the system so you might need to do a search. When you find the audio files, click-and-drag them into the open window. Once all the files have copied over, close out the window.
- 4). Right-click the CD icon. Choose "Properties" from the pull-down menu, and click "Recorder" from the Properties window. Choose "OK" and the WAV audio files are burned onto the CD.
